If it happens to use Istanbul as your stopover, the flight time between the two airports is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Bodrum Airport

In reality, you can fly to Bodrum from almost anywhere in the world wither directly or with a stopover. Please keep in mind that in order to reach Marmaris, you need to travel for 130km. In general, the country has a well-organized road and transportation system allowing you to travel from a city to another within few hours. If you are already having holidays in another city, you can use a bus and reach Marmaris either from the major cities or from the nearby resorts. More precisely, the bus from Istanbul takes 13 hours, from the capital city of Ankara takes 10 hours and from Antalya is almost 7 hours. In what regards the popular destinations of Bodrum and Izmir, the road trip’s duration is approximately 3 and 5 hours respectively. From those two cities, there are buses running every one hour making it easy and convenient for holidaymakers.
From Rhodes by ferry
Among the multiple ways that are available to get to Marmaris, there is one you probably couldn’t imagine. Marmaris is really close from the infamous and cosmopolitan Greek Island of Rhodes.
